• Booking information: vendor company, contact, arrival windows, and resource selection.
• Documents: certificates of insurance (COI) and related files vendors upload.
• Operational logs: audit records of who changed a booking and when, used for compliance.

How we use it

We use your information to operate the Service: authenticate you, deliver bookings and arrival notices, generate daily manifests, and provide support. We do not sell your data.

Sharing

We share limited data with service providers that host or transmit the Service on our behalf (hosting, database, email delivery). We may disclose information when required by law.

Retention

We keep booking and audit records for as long as needed to operate the Service and meet legal or venue compliance requirements. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

Security

Access to booking data is restricted by role. Documents are stored in a private bucket accessible only to authorized venue staff and the vendor who uploaded them.

Your choices

You can update or delete your booking details through the vendor lookup, request account deletion, or opt out of non-essential emails by contacting us.
